The Partner Portal provides a secure way for organisations to access Department of Trade, Employment and Training services.

Purchasing Online (POL) application is currently closed for maintenance and will reopen once updates are completed. During this time, only the addition of superseding qualifications will be processed, as outlined in the SAS Portal under SAS Variations. Please note that the Department is not processing any other types of variations or submissions at this stage. The following changes to Partner Portal will be in place from Wednesday 10 December 2025:
New Partner Portal Terms and Conditions will replace Access Deeds and the Access Statement. Users will need to read and scroll to the bottom of the new Terms and Conditions. then tick the 'accept' box to continue. Users will no longer have to accept the Access Statement on each log in.
User Management – improved filter functionality and ability to download user reports.
AVETMISS Training Activity (ATA) – Error reports will no longer be attached to training activity data submission emails, these can be accessed in the View Returns tab in ATA. Email Notification Preferences have been updated to allow for turning on or off. Users who currently have “No” selected in their ATA Email Notification preferences will need to change this to “Yes” to continue receiving training activity data submission notification emails.
