To ensure DTET is able to forward your VET activity data to QCAA for the banking of credits towards a 2025 Queensland Certificate of Education (QCE), relevant VET activity data must be reported to us no later than Thursday, 27 November 2025. Please enable time for data processing, transfer to QCAA and resolution of any technical or validation issues. VET Data Management recommends submitting data relating to school students as soon as possible so it can be validated and transfer to QCAA confirmed prior to November.
