Purchasing Online (POL) application is currently closed for maintenance and will reopen once updates are completed. During this time, only the addition of superseding qualifications will be processed, as outlined in the SAS Portal under SAS Variations. Please note that the Department is not processing any other types of variations or submissions at this stage. Due to last week’s system outage, a backlog of submissions are currently being processed. This may lead to delays beyond the usual turnaround time. We appreciate your ongoing understanding and patience.
Valid VET activity data provided by RTOs to the Department is submitted to NCVER for inclusion in Total VET Activity (TVA) and VET in Schools collections. Eligible data from these collections is provided by NCVER to the USI VET Transcript Service, enabling students to access their training records online.
Close of business, Wednesday, 11 February 2026 is the cut-off for 2025 VET activity data to be provided for inclusion in the Department's 2025 TVA submission to NCVER. Data received after the cut-off may not be able to be included in the submission. RTOs are encouraged to submit data as soon as possible to identify and resolve any validation issues prior to the cut-off date.
If you have supplied the Department with any 2026 submissions, it is important that you submit updated data for both 2025 and 2026, in that order, prior to the cut-off date. This is necessary to ensure your 2025 data is updated correctly.
